Alison is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. She was admitted into practice in 2009 and has practised exclusively in family law since 2011.
Alison works across all aspects of family law including property, parenting, spousal maintenance, child support and situations involving family violence.
Alison understands that separation is a difficult time for clients and she ensures that her clients are empowered and supported as they navigate through this process. Alison aims to resolve matters in the most cost-effective and timely manner without resort to court proceedings.
If court proceedings are required, Alison is an experienced litigator and advocates strongly for her clients.
Alison is experienced with complex property settlements involving companies, trust structures and self-managed superannuation funds. In complex parenting situations, Alison also draws on her wealth of child focussed experience having previously represented children as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.
