Ben was admitted to practice in 2021 and has practised in family law since that time.

Ben has experience in complex parenting matters where significant risk factors have been alleged and are in dispute. While Ben prefers to resolve his client's matters by agreement whenever possible, his experience in preparing for trials in both the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia and the Children's Court has given him a strong understanding of court procedure, evidence, and what to expect when a judicial determination is unavoidable.
Ben also has valuable expertise in property matters, including cases involving liquidators and multi-jurisdictional claims that run concurrently with Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia proceedings.
