Expertise

Caitlin is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

Caitlin was admitted into practice in 2014 and has practised exclusively in family law in both Queensland and Victoria since 2016.

Caitlin acts for clients in all areas of family law, though has a particular interest in complex parenting matters and also cases where the existence or not of a de facto relationship is in issue.

Caitlin is an empathetic and confident solicitor. Caitlin provides pragmatic advice to her clients with an aim to reaching resolution by agreement wherever possible. However, if Court proceedings are required, Caitlin is an experienced litigator.

Caitlin is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria's Courts Practice Sub-Committee.
