Jennifer was admitted to practice in 2017 and has practised predominantly in family law since that time.
Jennifer provides advice and representation in all areas of family law including property and parenting matters, financial support issues including child support and spousal maintenance and family violence.
She understands that separation can be confusing, complex, and overwhelming for many. She adopts a kind and empathetic approach in assisting clients navigate the process as successfully and harmoniously as possible.
Jennifer prides herself on being able to understand and manage her clients’ expectations whilst providing solutions that are sensible and practical. She takes a pragmatic and conciliatory approach to disputes, endeavouring to resolve matters without court litigation. Where settlement out of court is not possible, Jennifer has experience as an advocate in both the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the State Magistrates’ Courts.
