Kate has practised exclusively in family law since her admission in 2016.
Prior to her admission as a lawyer, Kate worked at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia as an Associate to 2 judges. Kate's time at the Court has given her an excellent understanding of family law litigation.
Kate has particular experience in parenting and relocation cases, property disputes and intervention order matters.
Kate is a client-focused lawyer who is dedicated to providing clear, reliable and strategic advice. She is pragmatic in her approach and aims to assist clients to achieve early resolution of their family law matters without the need for litigation wherever possible.
Kate previously served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria's Young Lawyer's Section and as Co-Chair of the Section's Editorial Committee.
