Melissa is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of family law. She has a particular interest and expertise in high value and complex property matters, often involving intricate property, company and trust structures and self-managed superannuation funds. Melissa also has extensive experience in parenting and children’s matters.
Highly regarded in the profession, Melissa is pragmatic in her approach and aims to resolve her client's issues by negotiation without going to court. Where litigation is necessary, she is strategic and commercial. Melissa empowers her clients to make the right decisions for their unique circumstances.
